From 16-18 January, President and Founder Jon Salazar represented Gazelle at the Uniting Water Energy Food Innovation Finals – Get in the Ring at Expo 2020 in Dubai. Out of more than 1,800 companies, Gazelle was selected as one of four finalists and was named a Global Winner after the final head-to-head competition.
Jon won his final match because of the “unconventional” impact that our company is already demonstrating throughout the industry.
The final “battle,” which was live-streamed to an audience of fellow company executives, investors, and industry players, allowed Jon to showcase Gazelle’s accomplishments. He impressed upon the audience the importance of Gazelle’s work to accelerate the development of the floating offshore wind market and unlock access to a vast supply of renewable energy generation.
With this big win, we gain access to a high-caliber network of investors that will allow us to further grow and scale our clean technology solution globally. Great job, Jon, and congratulations to the whole Gazelle team!
